Keyser, West Virginia
Keyser is the county seat of Mineral County, West Virginia, United States. It was formerly known as Paddy Town and New Creek Station. Keyser has a very strong history, especially during the Civil War. Potomac State College of West Virginia University, who also calls Keyser home, was once the location of Fort Fuller, a Civil War fort, which changed hands between North and South 14 times.
